Star Car Wash is working together with Non-Profit Organizations in the local communities to sponsor Fund Raising Car Wash events. Star Car Wash wants to make holding a Fund Raising Car Wash event as easy as possible.

We will provide everything you need and as a fund raising organization, all you need to provide are the contributors who are in need of a clean vehicle! Consider the many environmental, safety and financial benefits of using your neighborhood car wash as a fundraiser.
- We are better for the environment
- In many states, shopping and schoolyard washes are being discouraged because they overtax the local storm system with phosphorous and pollutants that deteriorate ponds and streams. Star Car Wash recycles water in order to minimize the environmental effects of car washing.
- We are downright stingy with water - Washing cars with a hose and bucket wastes up to five times the water that Star Car Wash uses when washing a vehicle. And, with water and sewer bills rising dramatically all over the country along with more frequent water shortages, why encourage wasteful habits when we can encourage conservation of our most important resource - water.
- We eliminate your liability for damage or injury - When you run your own fund raising wash, damage to cars, personal injury to a member of your organization or to a supporter are all possibilities. It just does not make sense for your organization to assume that kind of risk when you can leave it up to Star Car Wash.
- We can help you make more money - Members of the International Carwash Association have been helping local charities raise funds all over the U. S.. By working with Star Car Wash, charities, team organizations, schools and church groups typically raise far more money than they can by going at it alone. Increasing your contributions for your organization is effortless and hassle free! Simply tell your friends and family to visit your organization's web site and to click on the Star Car Wash link. It will then redirect them to Star Car Wash's secure online store where they can purchase gift booklets where your organizations can receive 25% of the proceeds!
Don’t have a website…not a problem!
If your organization doesn’t have a web site you can simply generate a code in our online “Affiliate Center” which can be use on printed materials. Simply include our fundraising link on your handout to www.StarCarWash.com/fundraising where your patrons will first need to enter your code to ensure the contributions are credited to your organization. It’s that simple! No setup, no upfront cost and no worries about bad weather!

How the Internet Fundraising Program Works
Contact Star Car Wash to setup your account on our web site. Once your account is activated your organization will be assigned a unique fundraiser ID. The fundraiser ID can be distributed as a web link that can be placed on your organizations web site or as a code that you can include on any promotional printed material.

Link your website to Star Car Wash's Web Site
You can login to the Affiliate Center on our web site and cut & paste your web link that can be displayed on your organizations web site. If you do not have access to updating your web site you may need to contact your webmaster.
Using your code on a printed flyer Simply display the code and a web link to our fundraising page and include instructions to enter the code on our web site. It's important that the code is entered into our web site first in order for your organization to receive credit for your referrals.
How Star Car Wash tracks your donations
When a web visitor clicks on the link on your web site, the fundraising id is part of the link which activates the code on our system, the same is true if a donor receives a flyer and enters the code on our web site. Once the code is activated the system will know how to track and credit the sales to your organization.
Order Fulfillment
No order taking or time-consuming call backs to deliver merchandise, Star Car Wash will mail all online orders directly to the contributors, all orders take 3-5 business days to process and mail out. You will be able to view the status of all online orders from the Affiliate Center.
Reporting
A great feature of our program is that you can login to your “Members” area where you can view how the “Affiliate Center” will track all transactions. This provides you (the Fundraiser) with real time statistics on the progress of your campaign. At anytime you can login to the Members Area of our web site to quickly run a report to see how well your fundraiser is doing.
